ORDERS
Upon placement of an order and receipt of that order by Acabada ProActiveWear, customers will be sent a confirmation email. Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with a tracking number.
For any questions regarding orders, please contact [email protected]. We will always make our best efforts to accommodate requests for expedited processing. Please note that we will do our best to ship all items in one package, and use the smartest, most sustainable package available to us.
SHIPPING
We currently offer the following different shipping options;
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2-3 Day Expedited
- UPS Next Day Air
Please allow 1-2 business days from the time of purchase for order processing. We strive to ship all 2-3 Day Expedited + Next Day Air orders, placed before 3pm EST, on the same business day as purchased.
We ship to the mailing address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Shipments returned to Acabada as undeliverable may incur additional shipping fees to resend. Unless otherwise noted, all orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, but not signature confirmation. Signature confirmation can be provided upon request at an additional charge.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email [email protected] as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Sorry, there is no international shipping yet. We promise to be more inclusive as we grow.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in a saleable condition within twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of receipt. Merchandise must retain all original tags and labels attached to the garment and must be carefully enclosed in its original packaging.

2. Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders
3. Click VIEW ORDER to see details of the order you desire
4. You can view order details or track your order by using the link provided
